Just back from a wonderful few days at the Sigtuna Litteraturfestival, in Sigtuna, Sweden. It was wonderful to catch up with many fellow writers, including the Lithuanian poet Tomas Venclova and Bengt Jangfeldt, whose new biography of Mayakovsky has been getting great reviews, including this one in the Telegraph.
The three of us shared a stage on the Saturday for a discussion of the poetry of the late poet Regina Derieva, and Tomas and I performed together on the Sunday in Stockholm.
Also on the Saturday I read from my forthcoming collection The Catch (due out in February 2016), and was interviewed by Helene Axelson Fisk. The event was broadcast nationally, and is available to watch on youtube, here.
Ppl like you get all the branis. I just get to say thanks for he answer.
